相容剂改性废旧PE/PP共混物在软管中的应用研究
摘 要:
研究了以废旧PE/PP为共混物,相容剂为改性剂对PE/PP共混物在加工生产软管的应用情况。探讨了相容剂改性机理和不同用量的相容剂对共混物生产软管的力学性能。并采用扫描电子显微镜对软管的断面形貌进行了对比分析。结果表明,相容剂改性废旧PE/PP共混物具有良好的相容性,两相界面黏结性强,界面模糊,分散性好。改善和提高了废旧PE/PP共混物的相容性和力学性能;当一次性可回收滴灌带为65%,PP回收料为5%时,其它组份含量不变的的情况下,相容剂用量为2%时,PE/PP共混物生产的软管综合力学性能最好。
Abstract: the application of waste PE/PP as blends and compatibilizer as
modifier for PE/PP blends in the processing and production of hoses was
studied. The mechanism of compatibilizer modification and the
mechanical properties of the compatibilizer with different dosage on the
blend production hose were discussed. The sectional morphology of the
hose was analyzed by scanning electron microscope (SEM). The results
show that the compatibilizer modified PE/PP blends have good
compatibility, strong interfacial bonding, blurred interface and good
dispersibility. To improve the compatibility and mechanical properties
of recycled PE/PP blends; when the disposable Recyclable drip irrigation
with 65% recycled PP is 5%, the other components in the same case, the
amount of compatibilizer was 2%, the comprehensive mechanical properties
of PE/PP blend hose production best.

0 前言
0 Preface
生产软管的主要材料为聚乙烯和聚丙烯,由于聚乙烯具有良好的物理机械性能和较高的使用温度,加工温度范围比较宽,抗老化性能比较好。因此被广泛用于加工各种不同直径的软管及其它塑料制品,而聚丙烯具有良好的抗疲劳性能和较低的密度,其密度为0.830~0.915g/cm3,且价格低廉、纤维强度高、耐磨、耐热,和PE树脂共混生产的软管具有强度高,质轻,成本低的优势。但是,PP树脂在性能上存在一定的缺陷,由于分子结构中含有活泼的氢原子,在使用过程中因紫外线光照易发生老化变脆等现象[1]。为此研究者将结合二者材料的性能特点,通过改性技术解决废旧塑料性能上的缺陷。本文采用相容剂改性废旧PE/PP共混体系的相容性,并对该体系生产软管的力学性能和微观形貌进行了对比研究,以期能对废旧塑料的改性利用与生产有益,从而促进废旧塑料的回收再利用,对节省资源,保护环境具有重要意义和应用价值。
The main material of production hose is polyethylene and polypropylene.
Because polyethylene has good physical and mechanical properties and
high usage temperature, the processing temperature range is wide, and
the anti-aging performance is good. It is widely used in the processing
of different diameter pipe and other plastic products, and polypropylene
has good fatigue resistance and low density, the density is
0.830~0.915g/cm3, and the price is low, high fiber strength, wear
resistance and heat resistance, and PE resin production of soft tube has
the advantages of high strength, light weight, low cost advantage.
However, PP resin has some defects in its properties. Because of the
active hydrogen atoms in the molecular structure, [1] is prone to become
brittle and brittle due to ultraviolet light. For this reason, the
researchers will combine the performance characteristics of the two
materials to solve the defects in the performance of the waste plastics
through the modified technology. The compatibility of compatibilizer
modified waste PE/PP blends by this paper, and the system for producing
hose mechanical properties and microstructure were studied, in order to
waste plastics modified by production and benefit, so as to promote the
recycling of waste plastics recycling, to save resources, protect the
environment is of great significance and the value of application.

1. 3 样品制备
1.3 sample preparation
将质量分数相同的PE30%、一次性可回收滴灌带造粒料65%、PP回收造粒料5%与不同含量的相容剂进行混合制备试验配方和普通软管配方。其配方见表1。
The test formula and general hose formulation were prepared by mixing
PE30% with the same mass fraction, disposable recyclable drip irrigation
granulator 65% and PP recycled granulating material 5% with different
compatibilizer. The formula is shown in Table 1.

将按表1配比称量好的物料投进混合拌料机内进行混合拌匀,拌料机的转速为120r/min,混合时间为15min。然后,将混合好的物料加入软管挤出机中,经加热、挤出、冷却、牵引制成直径为63mm,壁厚为0.9mm的软管。生产工艺条件见表2。
The material which is weighed by the proportion of Table 1 is put into
the mixing mixing machine. The speed of the mixing machine is 120r/min,
and the mixing time is 15min. Then, the mixed material is added to the
hose extruder, and the hose with a diameter of 63mm and a wall thickness
of 0.9mm is made by heating, extruding, cooling, and pulling. The
production conditions are shown in Table 2.

拉伸力学性能GB/T8804.3—2003测试,拉伸速率100mm/min;

爆破压力试验:将试样(软管)与水源相连并堵上末端,在室温下向试样内注水,排尽空气后60秒内加压至试样破裂,渗漏或发生屈服反应时的瞬间最大压力,即为爆破压力;
Burst pressure test: the sample (hose) is connected to the water source
and plugs the upper end, and water is injected into the sample at room
temperature. After 60 minutes of air draining, it is pressurized to the
instantaneous maximum pressure of specimen rupture, leakage or yielding
reaction, namely the burst pressure.
耐静水压试验:将试样(软管)与水源相连并堵上末端,在室温下向试样内注水,排尽空气后加压至0.3 MPa水压,并保持1h,观察试样在实验期间有无破裂,渗漏现象;
Hydrostatic pressure test: the sample (hose) is connected to the water
source and plugs the upper end, and water is injected into the sample at
room temperature. After draining the air, it is pressurized to 0.3 MPa
water pressure and keeps 1H.
SEM分析:采用扫描电镜对断面形貌放大500倍进行
