Plastics recycling technology and compatibilizer
单纯再生即再造粒,就是以经过分离得到的达到一定纯度的某种热塑性塑料(污物或异物混入少,回收率好,再生容易)为原料的再生造粒。

单纯再生技术有以下三种形式:(1)辊筒再生法,以PVC为主废弃塑料经破碎,两辊初炼,精炼后造粒而成再生材料;(2)废弃塑料经破碎,进入带有过滤网排气式挤出机混炼造粒而成再生材料;(3)废弃塑料,经超压碎混合器成再生材料。

相容剂的选择:一般回收哪种塑料就用此种塑料为基础树脂,接枝强极性基团得到的共聚物作为相容剂。可接枝基团有MAH、丙烯酸、丙烯酸丁醋、甲基丙烯酸甲酯(MMA)、甲基丙烯酸缩水甘油酯(GMA)等。最常见的接枝单体是MAH。
Selection of compatibilizer: which plastics are commonly recycled, and the copolymers obtained by grafting strong polar groups are used as compatibilizer. The grafted groups include MAH, acrylic acid, butyl acrylate, methyl methacrylate (MMA), glycidyl methacrylate (GMA), etc. The most common graft monomer is MAH.
