塑料粒子要选择与改性目的性能最接近的品种,这样做的好处是可以节省助剂的添加量,以降低制作成本和减少工艺流程。

配方中各种塑化材料的粘度要接近,以保证加工流动性。对于粘度相差悬殊的材料,要加过渡料,以减小粘度梯度。

(3)塑料分成高流动性塑料、低流动性塑料和不流动性塑料
