阻燃剂与燃烧有着密切的关系。最新的观点认为燃烧反应有四要素—燃料热源、氧、链反应。而通常高聚物燃烧又分为三个阶段,即热解、热引燃(自燃)、热点燃(燃烧传播),对不同燃烧阶段燃烧的四要素采用相应的阻燃剂加以抵制,就形成了各种各样的阻燃机理,主要有凝聚相阻燃机理、气相阻燃机理及中断热交换机理。针对这些不同的阻燃机理就产生出不同类型的阻燃剂。
There is a close relationship between flame retardants and combustion. The latest view is that combustion reactions consist of four elements - fuel heat source, oxygen and chain reaction. In general, high polymer combustion is divided into three stages, namely pyrolysis, thermal ignition (spontaneous combustion) and heat ignition (combustion propagation). The four elements of combustion in different combustion stages are resisted by corresponding flame retardants, and various flame retardants are formed, including the mechanism of condensing phase resistance, gas flame retarding mechanism and interruption heat exchanger.
