外润滑剂过多,挤出速度快,物料易生、塑化不好。内润滑剂多,挤出量大,物料塑化虽好,但初期润滑效果不好挤出扭矩偏大。
Too many external lubricants, fast extrusion speed, easy to produce
and plasticized materials. There are many lubricants, large extrusion
capacity and good plasticization, but the initial lubrication effect is
not good, and the extrusion torque is too large.
当后期润滑不足,则会导致螺杆均化段、压缩段、口模段润滑不足,物料剪切剧烈,影响型材的表面质量及内在性能,严重时还会造成分解。
When the late lubrication is insufficient, the lubrication of the
screw homogenization section, the compression section and the die
section will be insufficient, and the material shearing is intense,
which affects the surface quality and internal performance of the
profile, and will cause decomposition when it is serious.
一般将润滑剂的熔点和加工温度结合来判定润滑剂在配方中初期、中期和后期的润滑性。

虽然润滑剂在配方中具有重要作用,但不是用量越多越好。润滑内外平衡,是在一定限度内的平衡。由于润滑剂与PVC树脂相容性有限,过多加入会对PVC体系产生不良影响。许多加工及热稳定性问题,都有可能是润滑剂过量造成的。
Although lubricants play an important role in the formulation, the
more the dosage is, the better. Lubrication of internal and external
balance is a balance within a certain limit. Due to the limited
compatibility between lubricants and PVC resins, excessive addition will
have adverse effects on the PVC system. Many processing and thermal
stability problems may be caused by excessive lubricant.

lubricants, but the lubrication balance of the whole formulation system.
The formulation of different stabilizer systems has different
requirements for lubricants, and lubricants play different lubricating
effects in formulations.
例如,在铅盐稳定剂体系中,润滑剂的极性越大,与PVC相容性越好,而在有机锡稳定体系中则变化不大。这是由于有机锡本身具有增塑作用。稀土稳定剂因其稀土元索的特殊结构,与润滑剂的协同效应更明显,易使PVC凝胶,可减少塑化时间,提高熔体流动性。
For example, in the lead salt stabilizer system, the greater the
polarity of lubricants, the better compatibility with PVC, but little
change in organotin stabilized system. This is due to the plasticizing

cable with the lubricant is more obvious. It is easy to make the PVC gel
easy to reduce the plasticizing time and improve the melt fluidity.
