相容剂又称增容剂
相容剂又称增容剂。塑料共混、改性、合金的关键是解决不同聚合物的相容性,而加入适量的相容剂使其具有良好的相容性,正解决了这个课题。

非反应型相容剂
Non reactive compatibilizer
非反应型相容剂是指那些本身并不含反应基因,在聚合物的混炼过程不参加化学反应的共聚物。
Non reactive compatibilizers are copolymers that do not contain reactive genes and do not participate in chemical reactions in the mixing process of polymers.
从结构上看,非反应型相容剂大多为嵌段共聚物和接枝共聚物或无规共聚物,如EAA、EEA、EVA、CPE、SEBS等。
Most of the non reactive compatibilizers are block copolymers, graft copolymers or random copolymers, such as EAA, EEA, EVA, CPE, SEBS, etc.
但这类相容剂所要加入量较大。

反应型相容剂
Reactive compatibilizer
反应型相容剂主要通过自身的反应基团在混炼时同原料聚合物发生化学反应形成化学键提高相容性。
The compatibility of reactive compatibilizer can be improved by chemical reaction between reactive group and raw polymer.
一般是大分子型的,其活性官能团可以在分子的末端,也可以在分子的侧链上。其大分子主链可以和共混体系中的至少一种高分子基体相同,也可以不同。但在不同的情况下,其大分子主链应和共混体系中的至少一种高分子基体有较好的相容性。
It is generally of the macromolecular type, and its active functional groups can be at the end of the molecule or on the side chain of the molecule. The main chain of the macromolecule can be the same as or different from at least one polymer matrix in the blend system. However, in different conditions, the main chain of the polymer should have good compatibility with at least one polymer matrix in the blend system.
这类相容剂优点是作用效率高、所要加入量少,缺点是副反应较大,对混炼条件要求相对较高。

01、环状酸酐型(MAH)
01. Cyclic anhydride type (MAH)
环状酸酐型类反应型相容剂是目前最常用的一类反应型相容剂。其中,以马来酸酐接枝到聚烯烃相容剂为主,其接枝率一般为0.8%-1.0%,主要应用于聚烯烃塑料的改性。将马来酸酐接枝到PS或以PS为基体的共聚反应型相容剂,可应用于PA/PC、ABS/GF、PA/ABS的改性、共混或合金。一般用量5%-8%。
Cyclic anhydride type reactive compatibilizers are the most commonly used reactive compatibilizers. 羧酸类中的代表产品为丙烯酸型相容剂。通常是将丙烯酸接枝到聚烯烃树脂上,用途大体与马来酸酐型相同。

环氧型反应型相容剂是环氧树脂或具有环氧基的化合物与其他聚合物接枝共聚而成。这类反应型相容剂能起到良好的相容作用。诺信反应型相容剂NX-001添加量小,只要2%-4%,就能有效提高相容性。
Epoxy reactive compatibilizer is the graft copolymerization of epoxy resin or compound with epoxy group and other polymers. This kind of reactive compatibilizer has good compatibility. The addition of nx-001, a reactive compatibilizer, can effectively improve the compatibility as long as 2% - 4%.
